Evolution of the Building company

The building company ARRA ZEF began to operate in the Langhe area in the nineties. At first it focused on the construction of new houses, refining the use of modern materials and working with technical specialists to install plant systems with the latest technology.

Energy saving has always been given special attention, with insulation and systems that are simple to use.

As a company, ARRA ZEF became increasingly fond of the traditional building heritage, in materials like local Langhe stone, roof tiles, timber (chestnut, oak), barrel vaults… developing a firm determination to renovate these buildings for reuse today.

We have revived old construction methods by talking to the elders of the building trade, updating their various skills for today’s comfort requirements.

The resulting style respects Piedmont tradition, in particular that of the Langhe, but without excluding the advantages of using modern materials for thermal and acoustic insulation, lighting, heat distribution, health and safety, etc. …all with the motto: refurbish tradition…
